Bob Stika was one of the first people to befriend me when I moved to Kenosha from downstate Illinois.  I entered Lincoln Junior High in 8th grade, and Bob I think went to Washington or McKinley; but we were Boy Scouts together in Troop 27 (First Methodist).  Bob's younger brother Alan was also a member of our troop.

The Stikas were a Navy family, I think his dad worked at Great Lakes, in either a uniformed or civilian capacity.  I remember a lot of hikes, camping trips, and such with Bob and Al Stika.  They were great friends.
